Dermagor Psocalm Dermo-Cleanser Soothing and Keratolytic 250ml has :
- The Salicylic acid: this is a keratolytic agent helping to eliminate visible flakes and regulating their birth. It also softens skin and scalp.
- The soothing complex: composed of glycine, amino acids oats, magnesium and potassium, it inhibits the main causative agents of skin discomfort and restores the hydrolipidic film.
- A soap-free gentle cleansing base: originated from a plant and enriched in superfatting agents, allows protective hygiene.
