Seboradin - Clean Antibacterial Protection Gel 75g is an antibacterial gel used for washing hands without using water.
Properties:

alcohol has antibacterial properties, but the skin remains hydrated, protected against dryness, not irritated
glycerin prevents water from evaporating from the epidermis
