1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided items are unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Please note: Pharmacy items that are opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Any medication, under any circumstances, as per UAE MOH regulations

• Opened supplements or cosmetic products

• Products past their expiration date

• Items not purchased directly from Dermame.com

• Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

3. Return Process
To request a return authorization:

• Contact our Customer Support team at info@dermame.com or call +971 56 400 8692 within 48 hours of receiving your order

• Provide your order number, product name(s), and reason for return

• Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions

4. Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items)

• Return items must be securely packaged and labeled with the RA number and sent to the address provided by our team

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

6. Exchanges

• For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item

• Any price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery

• We will arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement at no extra cost

8. Expiry and Shelf Life

• Please check expiration dates upon receipt

• Report any concerns within 3 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement
